Fidelity On Call Founder and CEO, Pat Drake, is among the 25 Women of Leadership recognized by 25 News WEEK-TV. In this video, Pat shares what has been key to Fidelity’s 25 years in business.

We are a medical staffing company. We are the backup team to quality hospitals for RNs. So when hospitals have a requirement because somebody is out, they can’t find a certain discipline, that’s why they would contact our company.
Oh my gosh, I love my job. My particular passion always in whatever I do is the marketing side of what we do. If you don’t continually look at what your market is, if you don’t continually change and grow your company…I firmly think that in this industry, we would have failed.
I love the fact that you can always be creating always developing a company. Every day is different. There is never anything boring about a day at Fidelity.
25 Women in Leadership Awards Luncheon
On September 5th, Pat received her award during a special awards presentation luncheon, held a the Par-a-dice Hotel in East Peoria, Illinois.
Members of the Fidelity staff were there to show their support, and captured video of Pat’s special moment.

A true entrepreneur, mentor and a bundle of energy is how many people describe Pat Drake.
Pat is celebrating the 25 years in business with her company Fidelity On Call in Peoria. Fidelity On Call partners with hospitals and other medical facilities in Illinois and beyond to offer staffing assistance in the form of Registered Nurses.
Pat’s work ethic is contagious. Pat not only mentors her own staff but mentors others too.
She is active in the Illinois Chapter of NAWBO having served as its President twice and has consistently been on the Board of Directors in other positions. Currently, she is the Program Chair and its Treasurer. Additionally, Pat works with non-profit organizations throughout the community with both financial support and time.
Pat’s goal is to inspire those around her and to help build the leaders and business owners of tomorrow. Her enthusiasm and determination are infectious. Pat is a true success story and now she is also one of our 25 Women in Leadership.
