PRN
When your need is sporadic, we will work with you to ensure that we have the quality back-up team you deserve. Because of the manner in which we screen and hire, we have been able to provide our customers with the continuity their patients/residents deserve while saving training costs for the facilities.
Contract StaffingIf you have an opening that you are having a hard time filling, someone who is out on leave, or other requirement, simply tell us what it is. We will only present candidates that meet your specific job description, who are willing to work at your facility/state, who have a positive can-do attitude and who are proven professionals. Most of our contracts are for thirteen week assignments; however, we have also had contracts that were for a month and some longer than a year.
Permanent Placement If you need help pursuing candidates for permanent placement, we will work for you with no up-front retainer.
Facility StaffingFidelity On Call knows what it takes to provide quality healthcare staff members to hospitals. With over 15 years in business, we have a proven track record both in terms of the quality of our staff and our service.
In the event that Fidelity On Call is not able to fill a position within your hospital, we can coordinate the use of secondary vendors. As your Facility Staff Management team we can save you time, money and manpower for vendor training while ensuring total quality of supplement staff and affiliate providers.
