The Joint Commission Certification

We are accredited by the Joint Commission.  What does that mean to you?

As a hospital, you can be sure that we are quality.  Having started in 1994, our mission has always been to have the highest quality standard we could set for ourselves.  However, when the Joint Commission started accrediting Staffing Agencies, we were proud to receive their Gold Seal.   Our personnel files are always in compliance.  During your certification process if you need anything on a Fidelity On Call RN, you can count on us to have what it is you need.

The Joint Commission standards are regarded as the most rigorous in the industry and that approval is a clear sign that we have demonstrated compliance with those standards of performance.

As a nurse, you can feel confident that we are doing what is right not only for our customers but for you.  We don’t hire just any nurse.  You know the thoroughness of our interviewing and selection process so when you go to your assignment and see other Fidelity On Call RNs, you will realize that you are part of a top-notch team of travelers of which you can be proud.
